Join us for the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association's General Membership Meeting at Weber’s Hotel in Ann Arbor. This event will focus on the new Source of Income Bill currently moving through the Michigan legislature, and how it impacts your business. Our guest speaker, John Mione, COO of Paletz Law, will offer valuable insights into the Do’s and Don’ts of working with Source of Income, providing guidance for navigating this important legal change.
In addition, we’ll be holding a vote for our 2025 Board of Directors. Each candidate will present to members before the vote, allowing you to make an informed decision.
